From “Cai Zhen Turtle Cake Shop” founded by Zheng Yongfeng’s grandfather, Zheng Cai (nicknamed “Zuo Guo Cai”), to “Mei Song Wu” opened by his uncle Zheng Congmin, then rebranded as “Zhen Wei Zhen” by his father Zheng Zhenshan, and finally transformed into “Ah Zhen Meat Bun” by Zheng Yongfeng, the family has upheld tradition while embracing innovation for over a century.
