Founded in 2018, HeHuo Kitchen—affectionately known by locals as “autumn” Kitchen—originated from the Autumn Arts Festival Public Canteen concept. After the festival, a group of like-minded individuals collaborated to establish this organic rice Japanese-style set meal restaurant, bringing a sense of shared dining into Lukang’s everyday life.
