Lai Wen-Juan began working with glass art in 2018, starting with stained glass and expanding into lampworking and kiln forming. She often uses recycled materials such as vintage patterned glass, home décor glass, and bottles, combining traditional techniques with modern styles to explore themes like society, the human body, nature, and the mind.

Recently, she has added ball-jointed doll elements to her work. With mechanical design, her pieces now include more visual impact and interactivity, inviting viewers to reflect on the deeper meanings behind the art.
