┃Restaurant Introduction
Near the local market, this legendary rice noodle soup stall is a must-visit for both tourists and locals. Despite its simple setup, the stall always has a long queue, a testament to its delicious and time-honored recipe.
The owner, nicknamed “Earthworm” (蚯蚓), inherited the craft from his father, Lin Longshan, whose name is reflected in the stall’s title. The recipe itself is rooted in nearly a century of Lukang culinary tradition, originating from the famous Longshan Squid & Pork Thick Soup (龍山魷魚肉羹).
