Misato (米弎豆) is a charming Japanese dessert shop run by a Taiwanese-Japanese couple. Specializing in freshly baked “Koban-yaki”, their pastries boast a crispy exterior, soft interior, and generously filled center, capturing the authentic flavors of Japan.
The Koban-yaki is inspired by ancient Edo-period coins, symbolizing prosperity and good fortune, blending seamlessly with Lukang’s rich cultural heritage.
